Roundball History: Carter is one of the Motor City Roundball Classic all-time high scorers with a 41 point game in 2002 MCRC against Cincinnati Hughes Center. For the 2002 tournament, Carter averaged 28 ppg over three games.
Bio: After leaving Detroit Community, Carter went on to lead Arkansas-Fort Smith to the NJCAA National title and was named the MVP with a 24 point effort. He later transferred to Murray State where he was name conference newcomer of the year after leading the team in scoring (12.1 ppg).
